Supachai keen to end new round by 2004 end
Geneva: The new Director General of the World Trade Organisation, Supachai Panitchpakdi, has urged member nations to show flexibility in winding up a new round of global trade talks by the end of 2004 as targetted.

EU threatens to slap dumping duty on bed-linen again 
Bussels: The European Union is proposing to re-impose anti-dumping duties on import of cotton bed-linen from India just one year after the World Trade Organisations dispute settlement panel ordered withdrawal of duties.
