Expedite corporatisation of ports, says Assocham

44% throng J&K booths in first phase of polling 
Srinagar: Barring some terrorists attacks which killed a policeman and wounded six civilians, polling in 23 Assembly constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir in the first phase was on Monday by and large peaceful with about 44 per cent of the voters casting their franchise.
