Mumbai: The study, which was carried out jointly by Reserve Bank of Indias Dr Sunando Roy and University of Mumbais Prof S Sriraman, has recommended that the financing mechanism chosen for infrastructure support should encourage greater domestic savings for investment rather than merely reallocate resources from other investments.
