Eight-digit customs classification likely in winter Session 
New Delhi: The commerce ministrys proposal to adopt an 8-digit level classification for levying customs duties, mooted in the medium-term export strategy (2002-07), is expected to be implemented during the Winter session of Parliament by amending the Customs Act or through promulgating an ordinance.

Dumping probe against Chinese ball bearings
