New Delhi: Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee
will attend the first ever Indo-Asean summit in Cambodia
which will chalk out a strategy to combat terrorism and
establish a roadmap for economic cooperation between India
and the South East Asian region.

Court has ruled the minorities have an unfettered right
to establish educational institutions of their choice
but the right to administer them is not absolute as state
can apply regulatory measures for educational excellence
