Economists upbeat as IIP shoots to 5.2 per cent
New Delhi: Riding high on a buoyant manufacturing sector, the index of industrial production has shot up to 5.2 per cent in the first half of the current fiscal compared to 2.4 per cent recorded in the corresponding period of 2001-02.
