CBI chargesheets Flex Ind chief
New Delhi: The CBI has filed a chargesheet against Flex Industries chairman Ashok Chaturvedi and a former chief executive of Noida Authority in a land scam case and is in the process of filing another chargesheet against the former in a bribery case soon, agency sources said here on Thursday.

M L Narula to take over as MD of ACC
Mumbai: M L Narula, director and chief operating officer (COO), would take over as the company's managing director from December 1. Narula replaces T M M Nambiar, who retires on December 1, the company said in a release.
