to seek local support for attaching defaulter assets
Kolkata: Indian Banks Association has decided
to seek the support of local governments, local police
and local administrative bodies such as municipal corporations,
local panchayats and zilla parishads in their member banks
attempts to attach the properties or assets of wilful
defaulters under the Securitisation Act.
