Tata Infotech acquires 40 per cent stake in Sitel India
Mumbai: Tata Infotech Ltd has acquired 40 per cent of the equity capital of Sitel India Pvt Ltd for an investment of about Rs 10.5 crores, according to Tata Infotech officials. Sitel India is a company in the IT enabled services business which focuses on call centre services.
