net profit zooms 147 per cent to Rs 78 crore
Chennai: Despite a lower growth in sales, the Chennai-based
tyre maker, MRF Ltd, on Friday declared a net profit of
Rs 78.46 crore for the year ended September 30, 2002,
an increase of 147.20 per cent compared to the Rs 31.74
crore it clocked during the same period previous year.
