Dumping

New Delhi: The designated authority set up in the
commerce ministry to probe dumping cases has recommended
imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty on
Chinese mulberry silk on grounds of material injury to
the domestic
industry.

Ind for cut In import Duty on raw
Materials
New Delhi: Rubber industry has demanded reduction
in import duty on raw materials which are not produced
in the country like synthetic rubber, steel cords, butyl
rubber, hi-tech specialty rubber from the peak rate of
30 per cent to 10 per cent ad-valorem.

New Delhi: At the World Trade Organisations
Dispute Settlement Body meeting scheduled for January
next year, a panel will be constituted to resolve the
dispute New Delhi has raised against what it calls Brussels
