Dividends from CanBank Mutual
Kochi: Canbank Mutual Fund has announced a five per cent dividend on its dedicated Cangilt (PGS) scheme, whose face value is Rs 10. This will be the third dividend announced under the scheme during the current year, a press release issued here has said.
The scheme had earlier declared a dividend of three per cent.

Kotak MF plans to launch debt scheme
Kolkata: Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has lined up a debt-oriented scheme (christened K Income Plus) that will be free to allocate up to 20 per cent to stocks. However, it will not be positioned as an MIP (monthly income plan) as far as portfolio composition is concerned.

Mastek gains on fund support
Mumbai: Mastek has been witnessing hectic activity in the past few days with its stock appreciating 12 per cent on the bourses.

On the BSE today, the stock closed at Rs 547.60, up 1.88 per cent with 12.25 lakh shares being traded. On the NSE, the stock closed at Rs 543.85, gaining 1.08 per cent with 11.25 lakh shares traded. Analysts attribute the price rise to considerable accumulation of Mastek's shares

PNB sees heavy selling
Kolkata: THE Punjab National Bank stock saw heavy selling on the major bourses and the counter lost around 10.63 per cent as rumours spread about the bank coming out with the second issue soon at a price of Rs 45 per share of Rs 10 each and the issue size would be of around Rs 250 crore.
