The Maharashtra government on Wednesday filed its appeal
before the Debt Recovery Appelate Tribunal against the
order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunals recovery
officer on the attachment of the Cooperation and Textile
secretaries offices and sealing their RBI accounts
for the recovery of principal and penal interest of Rs
50.70 crore defaulted by the Sindkheda Sugar Cooperative.

which acquired a 85.95-per cent equity share of Vysya
Bank Housing Finance Ltd for a consideration of Rs 23.19
crore, plans to go for Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crore tier-II
capital infusion.
