DRAT hearing on Maharashtra’s appeal against DRT order today
The Maharashtra government on Wednesday filed its appeal before the Debt Recovery Appelate Tribunal against the order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal’s recovery officer on the attachment of the Cooperation and Textile secretaries’ offices and sealing their RBI accounts for the recovery of principal and penal interest of Rs 50.70 crore defaulted by the Sindkheda Sugar Cooperative.
