wants WTO body to reverse panel report on bed linen issue
New
Delhi: In yet another attempt to win the cotton bed
linen dispute with the European Union, India has requested
the WTO Appellate Body to reverse the conclusions of the
compliance panel report favouring EU on the grounds that
they were based upon erroneous findings on issues of law
and related
legal interpretations.
