New Delhi: Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC)
has registered an 84 per cent jump in net profit to Rs
2,593 crore on a 35 per cent rise in turnover to Rs 7,588
crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 02,
over the corresponding year-ago period.

New Delhi: In a move that will boost copper exports,
the two big companies in this sector, Birla Copper and
Sterlite Industries, have been accorded LME (London Metal
Exchange) registration. Both companies copper cathodes
