Special cess on petroleum products likely in budget
New Delhi: A special cess similar to road cess is likely to be levied on petroleum products for creating strategic crude oil reserves. An announcement to this effect is expected to be made in the forthcoming Budget.

Exports to EU shot up 17 per cent in first half
