SBI Caps, Hudco may get mandate for Petronet's debt issue
Mumbai:
SBI Caps and Hudco are set to become the lead arranger and lead institution respectively for a whopping Rs 1,900-crore long-term debt programme for Petronet LNG (PLL), the country's largest import and regassification terminal at Dahej, Gujarat. SBI Caps has also been selected to front-end a $210m letter of credit (LC) towards gas supply payment for the project.

As part of its initiatives to reduce losses, Eicher Ltd is considering to sell one of its gear units located in Thane. The company on Monday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it had"received a proposal for its consideration from a party for the purchase of the Eicher Demm Thane (EDT) unit of the company comprising of immovable and movable assets, current assets and liabilities together with all employees.
