least two companies for the sale of its over-the-counter
calcium supplement Effcal as a part of its strategy to
move out of non-leadership segments.

Chennai: Wisden Online and CricInfo Ltd have merged
to form a new business, Wisden CricInfo. Prior to the
merger, Sify Ltd owned 25 per cent of CricInfo Ltd. Post-merger
and with an additional payment of £3,00,000 Sify
will now own 33 per cent of the per cent of the Wisden
