KMPG takes over Andersen Consulting
New Delhi:
Ending months of speculation, Andersen Business Consulting has finally been taken over by KPMG. An MoU to this effect was signed on Friday, effective March 1, '03. Narayan Seshadri, head, Andersen Business Consulting, has been named head of business advisory services at KPMG.
