Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has transformed itself into a tech-savvy institution, P.T. Kuppusamy, Chairman, said here. Presiding over the inaugural of its 214th branch at Tallakulam here on Monday, the Chairman said 85 per cent of its operations had been computerised.

Bank of India to introduce mobile banking
Bangalore:
State-owned Bank of India is all set to introduce `Mobile Banking Services' in Bangalore shortly. Infrasoft Technologies is providing the software solutions for the wireless automated teller machine (ATM) network to be deployed in these mobile banking projects, a statement from the bank said.

Police to probe officials' role in Vasavi Bank crisis

The Andhra Pradesh police have decided to probe the role allegedly played by officials of the State Registrar of Co-operative Societies (RCS) and the regional office of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in not bringing to light the serious defects
