RPG Group readies for recast
Kolkata:
Ceat Ltd, an RPG Group company, is undertaking a business restructuring exercise in order to become a focused tyre manufacturer. As part of the plan, the rubber division of Harrison Malayalam, another RPG Group entity, will be demerged from HML and merged with Ceat.
