Initial gains not held
Mumbai: Bulls were in control of the initial hours of Wednesday's trading activity. Later on bears took over and recouped most of their day's losses. Bulls gained considerably from the day's trading.

Block deals in Corporation Bank
Mangalore:
The Corporation Bank stock on Wednesday witnessed two block deals by which around 4 lakh shares changed hands on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Both the deals were struck at a price of Rs 129.50, lower than the previous closing price of Rs 129.70 on the bourse.
