Indo Gulf, Deepak Fertilisers in race to acquire majority stake in FACT
Mumbai: The AV Birla Group company Indo Gulf Fertilisers Ltd and Pune-based Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, are in race to acquire a majority stake in state- run Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd, where the government intends to disinvest 51 per cent of the equity share capital.
