Mumbai: The CK Birla Group is all set to exit from
Hindustan Powerplus Ltd by selling the entire 37.75 per
cent stake held through group subsidiaries to the foreign

Caustic enters market with rights issue
Kolkata: Bihar Caustic & Chemicals Ltd (BCCL),
an Aditya Birla group managed joint venture company, has
entered the capital market with the rights issue of 1,56,00,000
equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating
Rs 15.6 crore in the ratio of two equity shares for every
equity share held. The issue will close on April 17.
