Hindustan Powerplus Ltd by selling the entire 37.75 per
cent stake held through group subsidiaries to the foreign

entered the capital market with the rights issue of 1,56,00,000

Rs 15.6 crore in the ratio of two equity shares for every
equity share held. The issue will close on April 17.
