Starcom appoints Porwal as GM
Mumbai: Publicis Groupe owned Starcom Worldwide has appointed Manish Porwal as General Manager in charge of Investment, Business Development and New Initiatives, according to a news release. Porwal will be based in Mumbai and report to Ravi Kiran, Starcom's Managing Director, India-West and South. Porwal was most recently a Regional Sales Manager at BBC World; he has also worked in Star Vijay, Everest Integrated Communications and FCB Ulka, in various media planning and buying functions.
