Mumbai: Dena Bank chairman and managing director AG Joshi and National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development chairman Yogesh C Nanda are in the race for the post of the fourth deputy governor of the apex bank to oversee the activities of cooperative banks, which have witnessed a series of financial irregularities during the last two years, a top ministry source said.
