Ajay Kapila joins J.K. Ind
New Delhi: J.K. Industries Ltd (JKI) has a new marketing director in Ajay Kapila. Before joining JKI, Kapila was Senior vice-president (sales and marketing) at Kinetic Engineering Ltd. He was also director on board and operational head of Kinetic's direct selling arm - Kinetic Marketing Services Ltd.

Rajendra Kakker to head ARC
Hyderabad: The managing director, State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), Rajendra Kakker will take over as the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd, the first such company in the country. Kakker, who is scheduled to retire next year from the State Bank group, is expected to have a three-year stint at the helm of the asset reconstruction company, according to a press release by SBH here.
