Rallis India MD Rajiv Dubey quits
Mumbai: Rajiv Dubey, managing director, Rallis India has resigned, citing personal reasons.

However, the company's board has yet to accept his resignation.

Dubey was earlier managing director of Tata Metaliks and was inducted into Rallis as the chief executive officer in late 2000, replacing the late Darbari Seth's protégé Vijay Rai.

Rajiv Dubey came into Rallis when it was reeling under heavy losses, and initiated a few restructuring measures, which included rationalising operations, financial restructuring, selling real-estate properties and unloading non-core businesses.
