Hyderabad: WITH monsoon playing truant and the
Anantapur district facing over 50 per cent deficit rainfall
this season, causing severe hardship to both the farm
sector and its people, the Andhra Pradesh Government plans
to embark on an experimental cloud seeding initiative.
