Jambunathan is new BSE non-executive chairman
Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has appointed S Jambunathan as the non-executive chairman of the exchange. His appointment is up to 31 March 2004. He has been a public representative director at the BSE since 30 January 2002.

Jambunathan is an IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, who retired as chairman-cum-managing director of the Export Credit and Guarantee Corporation. Prior to that, he was additional chief secretary (home) Maharashtra for nearly three years.

Annigeri is new CEO of FIMMDA
Mumbai: The Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association of India (FIMMDA) has appointed a new CEO, M S Annigeri, who was heading the government-banking group for the southern region at ICICI Bank will now be at the helm of the debt market association.

Annigeri has had experience in treasury, asset-liability management, corporate banking and general banking in two of the largest banks in the country -State Bank of India and ICICI Bank. He will take charge on 20 August. Jayan Menon, the outgoing CEO, on deputation from ICICI Bank will be returning to the bank to head the investment advisory services, commodities market and capital markets division.
