Seattle:Microsoft Corp. will provide software for
Motorola Inc.'s cell phones for sale to customers of Orange,
France Telecom's wireless carrier, the French telephone
company said on Thursday.

detection tech sales seen climbing - study
San Francisco:Revenue from sales of technology
used to detect and prevent break-ins of computers and
networks will soar in coming years as electronic security
concerns rise and the technology improves, a report on
Wednesday said.
After
falling to $104 million in the second quarter from $105.2
million in the previous quarter, revenue from sales of
hardware and software used for intrusion detection and
prevention will rise 43 percent to $149 million in the
second quarter of next year, according to Infonetics Research.
