Mumbai:A
NASSCOM-Mckinsey report has estimated the IT-enabled services
sector, including business process outsourcing segment,
will earn $24 billion by 2008.
However,
if this has to take place, the Indian BPO industry needs
to overcome certain challenges and move up the value chain.

Coimbatore:Indian software companies and MNCs that
have set up shop in India both appear to be on a recruitment
spree.
While
the former is looking at tapping talents from educational
institutions apart from the lateral entry picks, the MNCs
obviously are eyeing those from within.
