Rasna
chief Khambatta bags award
New Delhi: Piruz Khambatta, chairman and managing
director, Rasna, has been awarded the Dadabhai Naoroji
Millennium Award in recognition of his achievements as
a young entrepreneur.
On
receiving this award on Wednesday from Karnataka Governor
T N Chaturvedi, Khambatta said: "This award gives
not only me but also my whole team further impetus to
lead Rasna to where we want to take it. Rasna is an Indian
company for the Indian people. Our endeavour is to make
Rasna a part of the life of the common man." The
Dadabhai International Society was set up in 1991, in
London, by the erstwhile British Prime Minister, John
Major, in memory of the legendary Dr Dadabhai Naoroji.
