Oil prices slip as traders track Hurricane Isabel
London: Oil prices were steady on Tuesday but traders were tracking Hurricane Isabel, which could hit the US east coast later this week and disrupt a build up in fuel supplies ahead of winter.

Crude prices have fallen about 11% this month as worries over gasoline shortages and low winter heating supplies in the United States have abated.

Iraq to attend Opec meet
Baghdad: Iraq is preparing to attend a meeting of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries for the first time since occupation by US forces, the Iraqi oil ministry in Baghdad said on Tuesday.

Opec founder member Iraq's attendance at Opec would bring further international credibility to Baghdad's US-backed Governing Council, particularly in the Arab world.

New Delhi: SAME Deutz-Fahr, the world's third largest tractor firm, has charted out an aggressive strategy for its Indian operations and intends to develop India as an export hub for other international markets including North America. The company is present in India through its 100 per cent owned subsidiary, Same Deutz-Fahr India.
