MphasiS BFL Q2 net up 70.20 per cent
Mumbai: MphasiS BFL Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 27.26 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2003 as compared to Rs 15.21 crore for the same quarter previous year. Total revenue for the period has increased to Rs 70.08 crore from Rs 48.42 crore last year.

P&G seeks shareholder approval to raise share capital
Mumbai: Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd will seek, at its annual general meeting to be held on October 10, its shareholders' approval to increase its authorised share capital from Rs 25 crore (2.5 crore shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 35 crore (3.5 crore shares at Rs 10 each).
