Mumbai: MphasiS BFL Ltd has posted a net profit
of Rs 27.26 crore for the second quarter ended September
30, 2003 as compared to Rs 15.21 crore for the same quarter
previous year. Total revenue for the period has increased
to Rs 70.08 crore from Rs 48.42 crore last year.

held on October 10, its shareholders' approval to increase
