Damodaran on IDBI Bank board
Mumbai: The chairman and managing director of IDBI,M.Damodaran, will be nominee director on the board of its subsidiary, IDBI Bank, with effect from November 4. IDBI Bank Ltd has informed the BSE that P.P. Vora withdrew from the board of IDBI Bank with effect from November 4.

New Company Secretary at Dr Reddy's Lab
Hyderabad: Dr REDDY'S Laboratories Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors, at its meeting held on October 28, has appointed V. Viswanath as company secretary and Compliance Officer. Santosh Kumar Nair, who was acting as the Company Secretary till Tuesday last, was moved to handle other assignments in the company.
