First phase of `Virtual Institute' on Nov 22
Chennai: The first phase of the project `Virtual Institute', initiated by the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), will be inaugurated on November 22, ICAI President, Mr R Bhupathy said today.

He said that the institute had completed the first stage of the 18-month-long project that would connect all the five Regional Councils and offices of the Institute, enabling any member to walk into any cyber cafe and avail services like filing of application forms, payment of membership or examination fees.
