Supreme Yarns EGM to decide on mortgage
Mumbai: Supreme Yarns Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the extraordinary general meeting of the company will be held on November 29.

The meet is convened to mortgage all the company's immovable and movable properties wherever situated, present or future, and whole of its undertaking in favour of State Bank of India to secure working capital facilities worth Rs 31.01 crore.
