Rakesh Saxena will fight a Canadian decision to extradite
him to Thailand where he is wanted in a bank fraud case
that battered the Thai economy in the mid 1990s, his attorney's
office said on Thursday

Eisai
takes Dr Reddy's to court on gastro drug
Hyderabad: Eisai a global pharmaceutical company,
has filed a lawsuit against Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd,
the city-based pharma major, alleging that the latter
has infringed its patents on Aciphex, a drug indicated
for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and
duodenal ulcers.
