De Carvalho is Aventis Pharma MD
Mumbai: The board of directors of Aventis Pharma Ltd has informed the BSE of the appointment of Alexandre de Carvalho as the managing director of the company. The decision was taken at the board meeting held on Thursday, the company said in a notification to the exchange. Carvalho succeeds Ramesh Subrahmanian with effect from 1 December.
