Patni expands board
Mumbai: Patni Computer Systems Ltd has expanded its board with the addition of five independent directors.

It announced today the appointment of Mr Anupam Puri, Mr Arun Duggal, Ms Susan G. Esserman, Mr Ramesh Venkateshwaran and Mr Pradip Shah as independent directors to the board.
