Alan Rosling will be Tata Sons ED
New Delhi: Alan Rosling, till recently the chairman of the Jardine Matheson group, India, will be joining as the executive director of Tata Sons soon. Rosling will be a member of the group corporate centre.

The Jardine Matheson group has a 20-per cent stake in Tata Industries. In his capacity as Jardine Matheson representative, Rosling served as director on the boards of Tata Industries and Tata Automotive Components. He also served as managing director of Concorde Motors, a joint venture between Jardine Motors and the Tata group, prior to the sale of Jardine stake to the Tatas in 2002.
