New Delhi: DATA Access (India) Ltd has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its proposed initial public offering of 50 million equity shares.

BSE, NSE plan common client agreement
Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange are working on a proposal to introduce a "common client agreement" for investors.

This means that clients will not have to fill a separate form if they want to trade with a broker with dual membership on the bourses.

Mumbai: Notwithstanding the volatility in the capital markets, the foreign institutional investors were net buyers in equities at Rs 264.8 crore ($58.8 million) while they were net sellers in debt at Rs 99.9 crore ($21.9 million) during the trading week ended February 6.

Tata MIP Plus plans to attract 1 lakh investors
Mumbai: IN a bid to increase retail participation, Tata TD Asset Management has launched Tata MIP Plus fund with a target of one-lakh investors. The fund will have an equity cap of 20 per cent, double the limit in the Tata MIP fund.
