CMIE revises exim estimates for 03-04

National Security Index ranks India 8
New Delhi: India ranks 8, with the United States on top and China at second position in a newly constructed National Security Index put out by India's National Security Council Secretariat. Pakistan ranks 49 in a list of 50 countries.

Software exports up 26% in last fiscal
New Delhi: Software and services generated revenues of $12.16 billion in 2002-03, growing at 21 per cent over the previous fiscal, according to Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council.
