Mumbai: Welspun
India Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that
a meeting of the company board will be convened shortly
to decide the modality of the issue of securities of the
aggregate issue size of Rs 100 crore.

Trust Bank to go for rights issue
Mumbai: Mr Sudhakar Gande, Managing Director, Global
Trust Bank yesterday said, "We are looking at raising
Rs 500-600 crore but the modalities are yet to be worked
out. " This was after the Bank's board met yesterday.

IPO opens next week
Mumbai: The Bank of Maharashtra has said that it
will make an initial public offering of 100 million new
shares at Rs 23 each, next week, in order to raise Rs
2.3 billion. The issue will open on February 25 and close
on March 4.
