Welspun board to meet on equity issue
Mumbai: Welspun India Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the company board will be convened shortly to decide the modality of the issue of securities of the aggregate issue size of Rs 100 crore.

Global Trust Bank to go for rights issue

BoM IPO opens next week
Mumbai: The Bank of Maharashtra has said that it will make an initial public offering of 100 million new shares at Rs 23 each, next week, in order to raise Rs 2.3 billion. The issue will open on February 25 and close on March 4.
