Disney Company rejected a take-over bid from cable television
Comcast Corp as too low.

HSBC
to move jobs to Asia
London: HSBC Holdings has said it has reached a
settlement with its finance trade union for moving 4000
jobs from Britain to India, Malaysia and China. As per
its agreement with the union, HSBC will try to find other
positions in the bank for those who have lost their jobs.
