Emirates: New V-P for India and Nepal
Mumbai: Emirates, the Dubai-based international carrier, has appointed Mr Abdulla Nasser Abdulla Hussain as Vice-President for India and Nepal.
Mr Hussain will be based at the airline's offices in Mumbai managing the commercial operations for India and Nepal. Mr Hussain has been with Emirates since 1991. Prior to his transfer to India, he was based in Pakistan as Vice-President for three years.
Emirates' currently operates 42 flights weekly with 18 flights between Mumbai and Dubai.

Sumantra Ghoshal: Global management guru is dead
London: Sumantra Ghoshal, a Europe-based management theorist, passed away after a 11 day critically ill period in a London hospital. Ghoshal, who was once memorably described by The Economist as "Euroguru", had earlier worked 10 years as a highly-acclaimed professor of strategic and international management at the London Business School
