NSE: Position limit for FIIs in F&O contracts revised
Chennai: The National Stock Exchange has increased the position limits for foreign institutional investors (FIIs) in futures and options contracts on 17 scrips. The stocks on which the limits have been increased include BHEL, i-flex Solutions, Infosys Technologies, M&M, Maruti, Tata Motors, Tata Power and Tata Tea, according to a NSE press release.
The changes will come into effect from Monday.

Equities: FIIs were net purchasers last week
Mumbai: The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) recorded net purchases of Rs 648.5 crore in equities during the trading week ended March 12.

According to the data available with the Securities and Exchange Board of India the foreign funds registered net purchases at Rs 395.9 crore and Rs 351.5 crore on March 10 and 12 respectively in the debt market.
