Ramanathan and Menezes are creative chiefs at Mudra
New Delhi: Mudra Communications has appointed Ramesh Ramanathan as its Chief Creative Officer and Ryan Menezes as its National Creative Director. Both appointments are with effect from May 1, a company release said.

While Ramanathan was previously working as national creative director at Saatchi India, Ryan Menezes was the senior creative director at Saatchi's Bangalore office.

STMicro succession plans in place
New Delhi: Semiconductor manufacturer STMicroelectronics has announced a succession plan according to which Carlo Bozotti will take over as the President and Chief Executive Officer from Pasquale Pistorio in 2005. Alain Dutheil will be named Chief Operating Officer.

The appointments will be subject to approval of the company's shareholders at the 2005 Annual General Meeting, a company release said.
