News Corp to shift to US
New York: News Corp, the media conglomerate that owns the Fox network, Fox News Channel and the 20th Century Fox movie studio is all set to shift its base from Australia to the United States. The company will also move its primary stock listing from the Australian stock exchange to the New York Stock Exchange.
